Cancellation & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with the purchase you are most welcome to return/exchange the product within 15 days. If you want to cancel your order please ensure that the request is made within 3 days of placing the order.

Cancellation Policy Procedure

1.    Cancellation of confirmed order is possible within 3 days of your placement of orders.

2.  Order once shipped out to our shipping vendors for onward despatch cannot be cancelled.

3.     You can certainly refund or exchange the order if allowed under the refund policy

Refund Policy Procedure

1.      Item purchased have a 7 days guaranteed money back policy. Any item, you do not want can be returned to us within 7 days receipt of the product if it is unused and in its original packing.

2.      Full refund of the purchase price of items will be done after receipt of the returned item.

3.     The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Return charges will be to your account.

4.     Refund will be made to the account(debit/credit card/ bank account) from which payment for purchase was made.

5.    To request for a return please contact us through email mentioning the complete order details, within 7 days of your purchase.
