| Feature | The new STIHL MS 230 C-BE Duro is the first STIHL chainsaw to feature the STIHL PICCO™ Duro 3 saw chain. With carbide-tipped cutters, this chain requires less sharpening and extends the edge life of the cutter up to four times, reducing chain maintenance and making it quite possibly the last chain you will ever need to buy. Designed to hold an edge longer, the MS 230 C-BE comes standard with a toolless Quick Chain Adjuster for fast, easy chain adjustment and removal, a carburetor preheat shutter option for seasonal flexibility, and purge pump primer to aid starting, the MS 230 C-BE is a great choice for tough home cutting projects and storm cleanup. The MS 230 C-BE also features STIHL Easy2Start™ technology, to eliminate the need for a strong pull of the starting cord, which makes starting the chainsaw almost effortless. |
